Wiring harnesses for all European auto manufacturers had "consolidated" to a area in Western Ukraine - reportedly employing about 80K on top of the automated handling.
The just-in-time-parts-flow was 3-days - example vehicle to be built Weds - parts delivered to factory Monday - that's how efficient the flow "was" and Ukraine production has been 0 for the past 11 days.
