2019 Mercedes Benz AMG G 63
Need Help

Hello. My 2019 Mercedes Benz G63 AMG was involved in a roll over accident, and now the crankshaft wont turn more than 180 degrees. Is there a way this can be fixed?

A non-rotating crankshaft is likely symptomatic of extensive engine damage (broken connecting rods, scored cylinders, bent valves, cracked block, etc.). A new engine is a better investment than rebuilding one whose full damage extent is unknown.
Not sure how the G rolled over, but maybe you should consider less hp.

Remove the spark plugs and try again.

If compression resistance is the problem, I would think less than 180 would be achievable (?).

I don't understand your question...but due to a rollover the engine may be hydrolocked with oil.

The OP did not elaborate on circumstances, and I (perhaps mistakenly) assumed a mechanic informed him of the engine condition, telling him it's wasted. Limited info - we're all speculating - who knows?
