How to remove bumper inserts?
Is this an easy DIY? I’m replacing the rear bumper inserts and lower front valance.

Do these pieces just pop out with a trim tool?

yes..you can see my previous posts .. others have chimed in too..
for the vertical ones..come from the top..for the bottom front one a bit tedious but easy to pry..they are 2 separate pieces
