G63 White Limited Edition?
#76
I would agree with no ADM on standard G63's. However the Edition One was a unique situation and I can't fault my dealer for attempting to upcharge for this vehicle. When I pick up my vehicle tomorrow, I intend to put down another deposit for the next available allocation provided they do not add ADM. Current lead times and resale values are providing for a unusual set of circumstances which I'm sure will not exist for long.

I suppose time will tell......but this only makes sense if the market holds and I can come out of the 21' and into whatever MY allocation I get without taking to much of a hit. I'm putting $5k at risk so its not the end of the world. We will see.

I bought this specific limited edition about 3 weeks ago, the dealer wanted $75k over sticker price, I paid $45k. I think I was lucky to have it before MB USA announced their new plan regarding the 22 models. Location: SoCal

Did you end up doing a full PPF on your Moonlight White Magno? I’m taking delivery of a 22 MWM and was told the stealth XPEL would dull the paint and make it look more like a Polar White Magno.

I opted against any PPF on my magno moonlight white g63, stealth PPF or otherwise. My wagon is still in pristine condition at 7k miles (not even the slightest signs of chips or scratches) and most significantly, I get to appreciate the magno sheen and finish on my G. Not to mention, I don’t have to worry about dirt getting trapped in the edges of the PPF or the PPF quality (peeling, bubbling, uneven edge lines, etc.) In short, unless you live somewhere prone to heavy road debris, I wouldn’t risk putting any PPF on the magno finish, it takes away the natural luster of the magno finish, creates some maintenance issues, and costs $10k+ to have an 8/10 quality PPF job done.
