We placed one recently and was told it was a sept build allocation delivery maybe October or early November. Looking online now I see products shifts to 2022 after the first week of September. Any way of knowing if we are getting a 2021 or 2022 (or too early to tell)?

thanks - good and bad I guess (good - no price increase; bad - if there are beneficial changes)Originally Posted by mercedesmax

You need to have a Specific Answer from your Dealer - and Dealers go by Delivery Date.
If your Dealer is quoting October or early November Delivery date - my friend that ONLY can be a 2021.
2022's that go into production in mid-September - are held in the US at Mercedes VPC's for 2022 model release - which is usually scheduled for end-November - then about 1 wk shipping time to closest dealers.
The question for you "2021 vrs 2022" can ONLY be answered by Your Dealer !!
