Oil Change from Above 463A

Can the oil be sucked out from above? To do an oil change.

I know the pre-2019 AMG 63 had oil dipstick to be able to do this.

Can you do it on the new 63??

I think not. I changed my oil just today, and there seems to be at least a pint (~half liter) that collects in the oil filter canister. You need to drop the skid plate to change the filter anyway, and the oil drain plug is adjacent to the filter canister. Trying to extract oil from above could probably make a 40 minute chore turn into an all day event. You'll never know if you extracted it all, and without a dipstick, adding new oil becomes a crap shoot. Buy a box of nitrile gloves and crawl under.

Yes, very easy DIY job. Dealer charged me $400 for oil change guess they hit me with the G wagon tax lesson learned.
