Since taking delivery of my 2021 G63, I have been busy searching worldwide for upgrades in dry carbon fiber replacement components (not overlays). The majority of the interior upgrade market are overlays. There are just 2-3 vendors including Brabus which offer direct replacements. Brabus as you know is over the top with their pricing. I was able to find a vendor in Russia (wife is Ukrainian and speaks Russian) who replicates these components as replacement pieces which in my opinion is the correct way. It does come at a significant upcharge in price.

Currently I'm working on the climate frame and all four seat positioning pieces. It dawned on me that there may be others also interested in doing this. This vendor is relatively small and can only produce approximately 5 sets per month. If you know anything about the Russians, you will understand that they are uber meticulous in their engineering. These are Exact replacements.

They currently charge $1500. for these 5 pieces. I'm posting to see if there is any interest in a quantity buy to reduce the cost. I can not yet tell you what that cost would be until I can determine interest level. Let me know if this is of interest to anyone. I am prepared to go this alone, but who knows, perhaps there is interest.

Noted.....I'll give this a week and will see where we are. No matter what the count, I will approach the vendor for that quantity price. We can discuss further at that point, if that works for you?

 

$1500 is a good price. I have the OEM CF but I'd potentially be interested in swapping out the remaining gloss black bits, mainly the seat adjustment panels on the doors if everthing matched OEM pattern and finish.

FYI, not as cheap, but cheaper than Brabus is Topcar. Topcar has a wide variety of replacement carbon interior options. They have a USA rep in socal that I've used. Would probably support a group buy and reduced shipping. I bought the real wheel delete panel and front/right side reflector delete moldings and couldn't be happier.
Customer service was amazing and quality was perfect. Packaging was flawless.

Appreciate it Drew138.....I will check with them to see if they have the seat control pieces. I have not been able to find these anywhere else.

 

I'm going to put this out there as well...........this is another option for those who wish to swap the entire interior trim package. This could potentially be me as well. Have not made a final decision. This is black forged carbon.

 

There used to be this brand i know of that did one for a friend of mine 3 years ago, i can currently remember the name but i thing it is Russian too. There work is very good and it is at a reasonable price as well, i will ask my friend to see if he ca remember the name
