Looking for advice on how to optimize Burmeister audio on 2021 G-Class starting from Tidal subscription on iPhone 8. Anticipate using Apple camera adapter to connect phone to Firefly DAC dongle, and from there plug into one of the two USB inputs in the console. Does it matter which one? Is there any advantage to using the Tidal app in CarPlay if I use that input? Do I need to configure the input in the Media menu to music instead of phone? And if so does this take away the phone’s hands free communication capability, or can I still do that via Bluetooth?
Yes, I know the G rolling down the road isn’t exactly a concert hall, just looking to get the best I can from what I already have on the phone.
