Rinseless wash for the winter

Rinseless wash for the winter
I’m usually garaging my G63 to avoid road salt and ice/snow. However I was curious if any of you have tried any of the rinseless washing techniques with good results when you took it out for a spin? Someone recommended the Optimum rinseless wash to me using microfiber towels. Anyone have any experience with this?

I've used Optimum rinseless wash for years and it works well. 1 ounce into 2 gallons in a bucket, soak microfiber towels and wash mitts (for rims) and use towels for drying.
I take a spray bottle and pre-rinse a panel at a time and wipe clean then dry.
I do it in the garage year-round.
I also use Mother's rinseless wash for the tires - spray on for 15 seconds then wipe clean. I then put Optimum tire dressing on.
