Haha yes I had one in cardinal red and the plan was to change the colors with each specification. Black this time, then olive green for 2023, then Jupiter red for 2024.

Do we still not know what the base price is for the '23 G63's?

I know it is market dependent but what is the spec that has the most bang for the buck? Black exterior and Red interior? Even in warm weather markets I see more black G's than white.

 

Not yet--needs to be released soon because 2023's are on boats and stickers will need to be applied at the VPC.

I would say most popular color/highest resale seems to be black magno and classic red interior is popular.

Best bang for buck is white or black because the paint cost $0 but the color is popular.

Yes I believe the first builds were either late October or early November. I got a friend who has one on a boat now.

Latest allocations that just went out are for mid-March builds.

 

Interesting... I put in my build for a 2022 in July. I wonder if I should have waited a few months for the 2023.

 

I think it depends, I just got an allocation and ordered today for MY2023, and the production date is 02/2023, it should be here in June hopefully according to my dealer and no. i got no price or adjustment yet... just down paid 5k for the order and we will see how the market will be when it arrive. its refundable tho so if **** will hit the fun I can back off at any moment.

 

A Feb/23 production should be here in April at the latest!!! It is usually a 5 week process max!

 

I've got a February build and mentally preparing for it in April. If crap hits the fan with the market, will keep my current one but I really want my olive on monoblocks lol.

BTW guys, how much over did you pay? and also, there is no MSRP for the February build or any 2023 build, so what should I prepare myself too?
The 550 MSRP hasn't changed, so can we expect the same on the 63?

 

If built in February then it should be her in April. I bought a 2019, 2021 and 2022 G63 and 2 of them at MSRP and one of them at invoice. Really depends on your relationship with your dealer!

 

In Todays Market, you should not be paying over MSRP. G63s are sitting on lots. I sat back for three years and now getting an MSRP allocation.

BTW, https://www.mbusa.com/en/vehicles/build/g-class/suv shows the MSRP starting at $179.
