So my son was playing with the seatbelt in the backseat and tangled the front seatbelt around the headrest and pulled on it quickly enough so that it locks but can’t retract due to being stuck around the headrest. I’ve read the manual and everything but does not see any reset or being able to pop the headrest out like other cars?
Hoping someone could help me out before I take it to the dealer

Just recline the seat back

 

The seatbelt length is literally stuck like that. Cant recline or it’ll tighten the belt even more, can move seats forward and got a little slack but the seats are at the max forward position at the moment
