Anyone have a recommendation on a trickle charger and how to use it for a lightly driven G63 that constantly says "starter battery critical"?

I've used a Noco Genius 5 and it works really well.
Open up the hood and on the passenger's side towards the windshield there's a red plastic cover. Slide it open and there will be a copper looking metal plate. Then towards the middle of the hood on the edge you'll see a similar colored bolt. Those are your hook-up points. Attach red alligator clamp first to the metal plate, then the black ground to the bolt, then plug it in. Should be on AGM settings.
Reverse the process when it's done--unplug, black off, then red off. slide cover closed.

I use CTEK chargers, you can look them up they have several different models. This is the company behind the fancy ones that are often branded by high end automotive manufacturers the likes of Ferrari and re-sold by dealerships for quite a bit of markup.
