Thanks yeah the olive green is really really nice. Deep green is good too, it's a flat color. Plenty of videos/photos of both greens if you put in the legwork.

 

Posted this in the 63 specific thread but was hoping magno white metallic would stay extinct. Best white they offer in magno

 

I ordered mine in olive deep green is cool just not for this car your car is beautiful by the way!

 

Thanks I get a lot of compliments on it. Nobody said anything when I had a black one but people really dig red and green G's!

 

Been going back and forth over color and wheels for my 24 G63 order. Thought I'd go with a silver for a lighter color to show off more details on the car, but keep going back to emerald green metallic (have it now on my 2021 and love it) and 22 silver forged wheel. Wanted to go silver monoblock, but wished it was a matte silver or aluminum finish versus the very very shiny chrome. Couldn't do it

 

Yea I saw the silver monoblocks on an Arabian grey g and it just doesn’t look right. I have black monos with magno white moonlight. Perfect. Too shiny in silver.

 

FYI for anybody considering--black monos still get plenty of dust but they are a piece of cake to clean of course.

Only issue with them aside from higher cost is they hide the red brake calipers.

 

If it is brake dust specifically I guess we should just get CCBs and call it a day.

 

These colours stands out that is for sure.

 

This is a first for me being this indecisive with a spec, great "problem" to have

Settling now on olive metallic over tartufo with 21 silver and no night packages. Love my 2021 below but thought let's change the color at least slightly to justify the necessary upgrade (saw a few olive with saddle brown and night packages which looked great as well)

 

Nice configuration! I get stuck in analysis paralysis with all the options. My MY23 G550 custom order that was supposed to be built earlier this month with Deep Green and Saddle Brown interior ended up getting changed by the factory last minute when they closed out ‘23 models. 😕

My dealer offered me an October MY24 G63 allocation at MSRP for the inconvenience. After much deliberation I decided to go with China Blue with Black and Yacht Blue two tone for the interior. Ended up going with the 22” cross-spoke wheels over the monoblock. Seemed to go better with the China Blue!

 

Hard to go wrong here, love that there's such a wide selection of colors available for the G. China blue is such a fantastic color, I'd say that worked out favorably for you!

Awesome! I always think Yacht blue is the way to go for the interior with the China blue.

 

Locked and loaded, fingers crossed all goes through smoothly to production. And we thought the 22 MSRP increase was bad..

 

Congrats! Looks like a nice build. Hopefully start/stop is left out again in 2024.

 

Although start stop can be annoying in stop and go traffic it is a God Send at drive throughs such as Starbucks and banks and dry cleaners and security gates where no one can hear you over the AMG engine drone. I personally like having it and being able to deactivate it as needed.

 

Count me as another who would hope *** (auto start stop) is missing from my G63, and lane keep assist with it ideally!

 

That is certainly a positive way of looking at it. I guess things exist for a purpose and when we think of how it improves our lives instead of being a nuisance, life is just that much better

 

Im also team no ***. Despise it and its the first thing I turn off when I get in my cars. Also adds unnecessary wear and tear to the engines in the long run.

 

Well, wear and tear especially motor mounts and starter I guess.

A new member here. Planning to custom order a 2024 G550 and was wondering what would be considered a good deal in Bay Area, CA. Few dealers I called quoted 10K over MSRP and I'm not sure if it's reasonable or a bad deal in this market.

Had these mods programmed on my G63!
1. Disabled ECO start/stop
2. Active Lane Assist only vibrates now. No jerking.
3. AMG exhaust flaps stay open.
4. Starts up in any Dynamic mode you choose.
5. Lane changing flashes 5 times instead of 3 times.

 

This really depends on location, If you are in a major market area then yes 20-30 still seems to be what it is.
