I see the pricing to start at about $150k, and options will push it up just as it does for the ICE models. If demand is strong they can increase prices the following year. I am getting one for sure so when I hear something I will let everyone know.
Just turned in my 2020 G63 Lease End and walked away with a 52k check fwiw. I’m just going to wait for the 2025 G580 and was told I’m first on the allocation list whenever they get one. My G was worth well over what the residual was predicted by a long shot. Yes I got it March 2020 right before the pandemic. I can remember all of us tracking our First Edition G’s on the boat coming from Europe lol. Yes I likely could have sold it myself but it wasn’t worth the hassle

I have been looking at all of the spy videos recently and found one with a shot of the center stack that I had not seen before. Video is horrible but here is the link as well. You can clearly see the buttons they are putting in place of the Differential lock buttons as well as the new HVAC controls. I am still trying to decide if I want to order this or the G63...just not sure.
Today Mercedes posted a short teaser video for the 2025 G580 (looks like it will still be called the G500 in many markets outside the U.S.). Looking forward to seeing more details soon!

Thanks for the find. Looking closely, it appears they have integrated keyless entry. The door handle has the normal sensor for keyless now.
Interestingly it sounds like the G550 name will continue to be used in the U.S. despite the switch to the six cylinder mild hybrid powertrain, at least based on this press release posted earlier today:

Hello - On the first page of the 2025 G63 thread, user Tomshop mentioned their dealer indicated order banks would open in June/July. Have not heard back yet from our dealer but that timeframe sounds reasonable.

Yes that is what I was told a couple of weeks ago. I asked my dealer today and they said order guides aren’t available yet.
