Quote: I should also clarify since I can no longer edit the post, that the Goodyear tires are specifically the Eagle F1 Asymmetric SUV, and not the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 SUV.
They don’t have a very good tread wear rating. I’d rather have Michelin all season tires.

It appears those are only available on the 21” wheels, unfortunately.

As for the other 22” (European market?) option, it’s specifically the Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico.

I think I saw 22 inch Michelin all season tires at tire rack in the proper size.

I can believe it, but I was referring specifically to the tires installed at the factory.

Quote: I didn’t pay any ADM on my custom ordered 2021 and I won’t pay any ADM on my 2025 order either. If you guys put in the work you will find the same. Call every single dealer if you need to. I had zero prior relationship with the out of state dealer that I ordered my 2021 G63 with at MSRP.
What dealer did you order from? I've been calling around and everyone wants some kind of ADM.

The problem I find is that dealers who sell at MSRP will offer less on a used 2024 G63 trade, as they are located in a less popular G63 areas. The dealers that offer top dollar for a G63 trade are in areas where the G63’s are popular, so you have to pay ADM when purchasing. In order to not have to pay sales tax again, you have to pick a single dealer to do the deal unfortunately.

I've talked to several across the US and none of them seem to have an issue with it. If they can't that would be news to me!

Dealers are willing but when you tell them you’re shipping to LA or another popular city they’ll try to charge an ADM based on that location.

I haven’t had any luck finding an ADM less than 20k except for a small dealership but the wait was 2 years.

I think times are changing a bit - I've found one that's willing to do $5k and two others that are willing to do $10k - but all of them require you to use their financing which ends up being 2% higher than interest rates at a local credit union (bringing the total cost back up another $10k).

Or they’ll do one where they will be the largest Mercedes-Benz Dealer in the United States and still charge you an extra $20,000 USD for purchasing out of state on top of $30,000 ADM for the local market in Southern California.

Based on the number of posts you’ve done today, you see eager to get an order in—just take the $5k ADM offer.

Finance however the dealer wants than refinance with a cheaper credit union either immediately or after a few months.

Lol very eager. I'm worried that if I take the dealer financing and I attempt to refinance at a credit union, at some point they will treat it like a used vehicle refinance and the rates will go from 6% on a new car to 11% - unless I'm missing something here?

Hi, if you don’t mind can you pm me the dealer offering to do $5k or $10k? I’m struggling to secure anything and $5k/10k with financing sounds like a dream atp. ;(

A bit unrelated, but has anyone else seen their G-class get moved up to an earlier decade, only to appear marked that way as the “final decade” but then the actual production date comes and then it’s suddenly pushed five weeks back?:

Some credit unions do same rates for refinance and new purchases—should be able to find one that works out.

I wonder why it says (without end customer). Seems like the factory would be more likely to delay builds without a customer attached than ones that already have a name attached to it and a deposit paid.

I am entirely unsure why it’s listened that way: my name is apparently on the custom order and the dealer has already taken my deposit of a couple thousand USD.

I was also told it could be due to a shortage in a necessary part which I have some doubt on, but I suppose is possible.

that is odd but something that jumped out at me. I’m about a month after your original date so I guess we’ll see if many orders get delayed.
