Suggestions? Out of Original Warranty by 60 days

Hi all,

I have a 2020 G63 and its warranty coverage ended 60 days. Unfortunately I was out of country and totally forgot about ELW. Super annoyed at myself for it. I called Jeff and he said only a 30 day exception could be made. MBUSA said it’s up to the dealer. Anyone have any suggestions or dealers that would work with this? Any dealers that might make an exception for 60 days?

I contacted 3rd party warranty (Freedom Warranty sold by Highline Auto) and it unfortunately only covers up to $20k and doesn’t cover things like speakers/other interior parts. Trenton was really nice explaining the policy but I just wish that the interior was covered like the ELW.

Any other suggestions for warranties other than Freedom? Fidelity doesn’t cover G wagons :/ Thanks in advance

I must not have done as good a job explaining over the phone as I thought but all of the following components are covered under the Freedom Warranty coverage I sent you: Clock, electronic or digital instrument clusters and/or gauges, adjustable steering columns, GPS, GPS components, radio, antennas, CD player, Bluetooth, LED screens, GPS, GPS components, radio, CD player, Bluetooth, LED screens, any other audio or video products that are installed by the Factory or a Factory-authorized Dealer.

It is an exclusionary contract, so if it not listed in the highlighted coverage of Page 2 Section 1a, it is covered... all of these are additional specifically listed as covered.
