Any recommendations on how to fluff up Alcantara steering wheel or is it just a lost cause? I keep it clean but just curious.

 

Sonax cleaner will make it like-new.

 

despite what some will tell you they will last very very long (won’t say forever but longer than most people own their cars). they can be refreshed many ways but if you’re lazy any detailer worth their salt can get it like new again.
