Gas Flap
Filled up the tank yesterday (BTW, premium fuel was 60 cents cheaper than a month ago), and for the first time ever, I forgot to close the gas cap cover flap. Everyone knows a loose cap will throw a CEL, but I was surprised to see a "gas flap open" warning appear on the instrument panel as I started to drive away. Who knew?

Premium is around $3.50 in Utah... $4.50 to $5.00 in California 
I forgot to close the gas flap a couple of years ago. They say memory is the second thing to go :-J
