20" wheels on 2025 465 with Perfomance Package

Hi guys,
does anyone know why I can't mount 20 inches wheels on my G63 with PT3 AMG performance package?
is there some technical reason or just because it is supposed to run faster than standard?
I mean I've those 20" wheels with winter tires from the previous model and it says not with PT3..
I've just realized it on the configurator and in the registration paper (only 21 and 22)
Offroad package has AMG ride control like the performance and it allow 20 inches wheels.
anyone wonder why?
thanks

The performance package is geared more towards street performance so maybe MB felt that it's optimized with 22" wheels with the summer tires. I don't see why you couldn't put on 20" wheels (heck, the spare wheel that come with your car regardless is going to be 20"), so it's probably mostly marketing ploy to force you to buy the more expensive wheels.

I use the 20 inch wheels from the older 2013-2018 G63 and they are identical to the newer G63 20 inch wheels except for the offset! You will need 15 mm spacers and bolts that are 15 mm longer in older to match the offset of the newer wheels and clear the calipers.
