Just got a 2025 G550 in Twilight Blue with the chrome bull bar. I'm considering removing it and getting the plug kit from Gwagenaccessories.com
I found one picture online of the Twilight Blue without the bar.....what do you all think?
I really like the grill on the G550, as that was one of the reasons I picked it over the G63. With that said though, I got the Night Package Plus, so I prefer the grill in black over the chrome - I am just not a big fan of chrome. I specifically did not want a chrome grill or any trim. The grill works for me, as I am planning to build up my G Wagon a bit and will be putting rigid fog lights on the front and plan to use the grill. I know the grill is not for everyone, and the G Wagon looks great with or without it, but I love it.

They have become tough to find it seems, that's why I had to special order when my dealership received an allocation last Fall. I actually agree with you, either remove it or somehow paint it black. With your color, I think it would look fantastic without it or in black. It should arrive today or tomorrow at the latest I am told, it's en route to MA on the car carrier now. I will likely take delivery tomorrow or Friday.
