EBC Yellow Brake Pad Upgrade for G63 2019+

EBC released their famous Yellow Pad compound for the G63 brake system. (Not sure if the 550 has the same). Its for all models 2019 and up including refresh 2025 models. These are an upgrade and slightly more agressive than the factory brembo pads but perfectly fine for the street. I just installed a set on my 2025 G63 and they work great so far. They come with built in backing plates like the factory pads and locations for brake sensors. They are identical to the factory pads in design, very high quality...

You will need to buy 4 caliper bolts (2 each side) for the front and same for the rear as they are stretch bolts. Dealership parts will have these in stock.. Just ask for the front and rear large caliper bolts that screw into the knucke.

Front Bolts Torque Spec: 80NM + a 45 degree turn
Reat Bolts Torque Spec: 60 NM + a 45 degree turn
Wheel Bolts: 110 ft lbs

Here are the part numbers. I ordered my set from Jegs

Front Set: DP42409R
Rear Set: DP42443R

Nice. Have you noticed more brake dust? I’m looking to reduce brake dust and all signs point towards EBC Greenstuff. Any thoughts on the matter??

Cheers and Thank You

I didnt see a Green Stuff available as an order but perhaps they offer it, id send them an email and reference my part numbers. I havent driven the Yellows enough yet, but I do assume they will dust a lot, however I have a very hydrophobic ceramic coating on them, so im hoping dust will simply rinse off, but for sure wont stick. I mean they are a pain to clean in general lol, I perfer the performance/dust route.

Right on. What wheels did you go with for your G? I have the Techgold wheels from the Performance Package and I noticed they have a slightly rough texture that’s rendering my ceramic coating on them useless against the insane amount of brake dust this new beast is making…it’s like twice as much as last G.

Do you by any chance have the caliper bolt part numbers for both front and back? Seems to be a few different ones available. Thanks
