Has anyone personally installed these? I was curious to know how they are wired up? Possibly, tapped into a power source wire, or the fuse box, or separate on/off switch? Also, I’m wondering if the led light in the middle might affect airflow into the radiators, it’s a pretty big opening. Plus I don’t see many G63s with these?
No cooling issues with the radiators down low. Ideally, you wire them to your parking lights, but these new trucks don't like sensing loads that aren't exactly what the computer is expecting, so it sometimes throws codes. Sometimes it doesn't. The alternative is to wire up a separate switch for them. Something like a simple switch, or as complicated as an S-Pod. Are the ones you found actual Mansory lights, or something off Ebay? Just asking out of curiosity, because those Mansory units are pretty expensive for what they are. The quality is good though. Just hard to justify the cost.

Let me know if you find a good set for a reasonable price. I like the lights from Mansory, but a half price alternative that is of good quality would be nice.
Did you ever get a set of these? Seems like there are at least a dozen different providers on eBay with prices from $475-$675. All seem to be about the same thing. I noticed several said they require you to glue the light onto the carbon piece, but not all of them indicate that is required. The Mansory lights come with the light attached to the carbon already. They should for $3K!!!!
I haven’t bought them yet. I also am not a fan of gluing the led light onto the carbon fiber trim. I’m still trying to identify the best 12v source in the fuse box under the hood.
