G55 Engine Issue Please Help

I have an 05 G55 Grand Edition and my engine makes a horrible whistling noise when the engine is cold. My father has the same car and the same exact problem. I have had the car in the shop 4 times with no luck. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, were you able to have it fixed and how?

They have replaced the belts several times. The noise still won't go away.

I had the same problem. One of the pulleys was apparently installed backwards. I got a new set of belts before they fixed the pulley.

I looked up the service record and found that the power steering pump pulley was mounted backwards. When this was fixed, the squealing went away.

For background, the squealing was especially noticable when the engine was cold and generally went away after everything was warm.
