Actually, I blame the site admin, not you. I've suggested a sponsors forum that I can subscribe to. Then, when you post, I get an email notfication. Then, you don't flood the forum index for "new posts". Maybe talk to the site admin. It's pretty annoying to see 36 new posts from two sponsors, the same thing over and over and over. It neuters the board's usability for a bit.
