bilstein vs brabus ride control
Are they basically the same setup?
wife hates riding in the G63 due to the bumpiness. She's preggers, so she is the boss.

Yes, except the BRABUS control unit interfaces with the vehicle electronics to automatically adjust damper settings based on vehicle speed. Also I think they have exclusive rights on the hardware specific to the G-Class...but I haven't verified that myself.
