The COMAND Online features only supports older phones that include support for Bluetooth DUN profile (DUN stands for dial up networking). This is not supported by the iPhone, Android, newest Blackberrys, or Windows Phone 7/8. However, there is a third-party app for Android that enables Bluetooth DUN profile. For the rest of us, we can only hope that Mercedes finds a way to address this major design flaw...they should have supported Bluetooth PAN (personal area network) profile that is much more widely supported by the latest smartphones. I believe the new S-Class with it's COMAND NT5 does this.

I am having the same problem. Mercedes connected iphone and samsung to the car and internet was working. they think its setting on the Q10 itself.
