Hi, I recently bought a Mercedes G55 2003 from Japan, soon will arrive in Dubai (Will take around a month).
Hmm.. I would like to face-lift (Exterior) to G63 2013, So what all things
need to be replaced ? and where can I get parts from ?

I have seen alot of G's face-lifted and I heard there are many garages in
Sharjah who do all the conversion works but what I'll do is buy the parts that
are needed and then take to a garage which I know, to get the job done.

Japan has a lot of workshops that can do the actual conversion. If it hasn;t shipped yet, better to get them to do it beforehand.

I agree with you but the thing is Japan is expensive compared to Dubai for example, parts, taxes and labour cost are very high.

Even parts of Japanese cars are expensive cause of high taxes.

Then the best bet is to find a copy G63 kit. I've seen some on facebook or on the web before. Copy from either taiwan or china.
