The mango matte paints are very durable. No waxing/polishing though, just mild car wash/shampoo. They are also much more swirl resistant in case you have to use an automatic car wash.

Factory matte paints are as durable (if not more) as regular paints and are easier to maintain. I have a magno night SL63. I rinse the car, soak in shampoo, wash with scratch free pad in straight motion, rinse and dry. Make sure to use shampoos designed for matte paints - not too many out there.

Mercedes says to use their own car wash soap but it's not Magno specific.
You should be fine using any ph balanced car soap that doesn't have added "enhancers" or waxes. The goal is to keep the car clean but not shiny.
BMW "frozen" products will work too.
