In the world of Mercedes AMGs, nothing is more ostentatious or belligerently amazing as the Geländewagen. Its boxy shape that hasn't changed since WWII signals money like nobody’s business, and a penchant for dubbing them out. However, while here in the States we get the G63 version, with its paltry 5.5L twin-turbo V8 making 544 horsepower, the rest of the world can have the V12 version that makes a grand spectacle at 612 horsepower.

It’s being reported, though, that Mercedes is preparing to bring the mansion on wheels with the big motor to our shores.

Carbuz also has an article about the G65 coming to USA. But 250K?? That's fully loaded G63 with Brabus ecu to get it in the 600hp range and a ML63 for the wifey
I love it and if I had that kind of cash I would probably get it but beside the V12 it won't have anything more than G63 already has.

They have produced only 200 for ROW markets, the G-Class will be softer and a major facelift in 2017. Maybe this is a sort of farewell and the ultimate G-Class along with the 6x6 before the major revamp.
