I have a 2010 G55. Just got my car out of the detail shop and my radio doesn't work. I should say the radio comes on but no sound. I was ready to blame the shop but my wife did some research and I guess this is a common problem. I thought the bugs would be all gone being seven years old. Either way has anyone had the problem and what, if any, was the solution(s). I am about to start taking fuses out and see if that resets things. Thanks for any info you can provide.

Happens every few months on my 2010 G55. Perform a hard reset on your radio via the settings. It sucks since it deletes all radio presets and bluetooth. But it fixes the issue. Haven't been able to isolate the exact trigger.

Thank you very much. I did the reset but did not work. I pulled the radio fuse but I am now going to try pulling the Comand fuse but very hard to get to. I believe I have to remove the passenger seat. Got in car today and can hear what I think is music. But stops shortly after.
