2010 G55 Clunk sound
I just posted a thread on my G55 Command radio system not working and thought about some other issues that I never posted.
I have been pushing my dealer to look into this clunking sound as I am coming to a stop. Of course they keep coming up with the famous words "Unable to Duplicate".
Well they finally duplicated. Got a Mercedes re-built trans. Clunk still there, got a new transfer case. Clunk still there, got a new front axle. Clunk gone. This took about a year but they stuck with it and problem solved. This is just and Fyi post.
