Car wont start
Hi,
Hoping to get some help here. I've been oversea for the past few months and recently got back to my garage. My 2002 G500 has been sitting idle throughout the time I was away.
When I tried to start the car, nothing.. nada. The ignition won't let me turn the key. Battery was dead.
I replaced the battery and there is power now. The ignition will now allow me to turn the key but the car still won't start.
No sputtering, or engine trying to crank. Just plain silence when key is turned all the way to engine start.
Any ideas?

As long as your sure the new battery is full charge, and all connections are good and clean, all wires connected etc. Then I'd look at the owners manual about resetting after disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. There is a procedure to go through to zero out things like the windows, seats etc.
