It's a day and night difference compared to previous model, fabulous and superior in all regards.
Finally had a chance to try it for real last week in LA when I rented one for 4 days, I was blown away by the combination of ride, performance, comfort, interior, new tech, I just love, love this car.
On Friday, went to Brabus USA in Irvine and was floored (again) when I got to see and try the new G800 Widestar based on the new model, it must be the ultimate ride,IMO.
Since my wife just opened a new business (interior decorating, design, etc) and needs something more practical to visit all the warehouses she does daily, we started to look at SUVs.
Made the decision, put the wife's Lusso on consignment, bought a Range Rover SVR to carry her over until G63 arrives (6-8 months wait if you want something specific here in Chicago) and made a deal with Brabus folks to build a G800 in late Winter.
