Can you provide more information on the rear door wheel delete? Assume that brabus panel just covers the spare tire mount points; or is there sheet metal work required??

No sheet metal work required. The BRABUS piece just coves the factory spare tire panel. The cover can be removed in the future and you're spare tire can be re-installed.
Have you seen this first hand or only the stock pics as I'm curious the fittment? Has anyone made a more generic cover with an MB star logo or other design? Not really looking to display a random brabus part on my G63 but seriously considering optoins to delete it. Found this on IG and totally in love with the look, although, I would put the star on the rear view camera, or just delete it all together. Can you PM me the price for the brabus spare tire cover?

Curious the effort to make that full delete as I'm sure there is some structure behind the rear tire?
We've see one in person before and the photo you see is pretty much it. The spare tire carrier is removed and the BRABUS parts is glued onto the body of the car. The IG picture you've attached, looks like they've custom made that, never seen that before.
