MY 2005 G55 AMG (W463) Journey
(After my Phase 1)
Day 1 at auction:
Wasn't a huge fan of the chrome on silver, knew I wanted to upgrade the entire lighting system to LED, and wanted to update the NAV- other than that what ensued next was unplanned and nothing short of becoming a bit obsessed
as well as falling down one too many rabbit holes and losing hours & days on Ebay- and these forums

Nice job making the truck your own and updating it!
Lots of questions:
Where did you go for your powder coating work? Happy with the price/work? I'm looking at options now to refinish my wheels also. I'm also in NJ but work in Brooklyn.
For your running boards, were they painted with a bed liner? I purchased a can of Raptor Liner to chrome delete, just have not had time to remove them from he truck to see how difficult it is to remove the rubber strips.
Were the running board lights from 55tech? They would be a good addition at night to be able to see.
What plans are next?
