Passenger side leak
So I have discovered water in the passenger side leaking, it’s leaking from the doors and there is accumulated water on the front seats and also the back seat carpeting. The most moist area would be the area under the front passenger seat. I can’t seem to find the source of the leak and car is getting soaked

If it's on the front passenger seat and the carpeting behind the passenger seat, I would think it's coming from the moonroof. There are a few drain tubes in that area that can get clogged pretty easily and/or disconnected/break. This would be a good place to start. Unfortunately getting to those drain tubes will involve dropping the headliner, which is a pretty involved process.
