Brakes on 2019 G63
Dealer advises front rotors & pads about due, despite only 22,500 miles, and cost $4,200 plus rears not far behind for additional $3,300!
Seems an outrageous cost and wondering who has done replacements with other than OEM parts, what used and results?

It would make sense to measure the rotor thickness and determine if they need to be replaced. Pads are probably due, but also a good idea to take a look and see how much pad thickness is left. Going by miles really doesn't make sense, except for the dealers, it makes a lot of cents. Dealers will always replace pads and rotors every service to avoid getting customers coming back in to complain about anything (brake squeal, vibrations, etc), thus the high cost. They'll say it's for liability reasons or something along those lines, but it's all a money grab.
