Gear Selector Stuck in Park - 07G55AMG
Hello to all the G wagon owners . I have searched multiple forms and nothing is found about this annoying issue, other than the other sedan models.
The automatic gear selector shifter only works if you use the screwdriver to push down the bypass switch that opens the safety keeper from the locked position.
The G55 gets locked out after you put it back into park and i have to once again use the screw driver or any other tool that can push down that bypass switch .
The break lights work and the car works fine other than this locking out the gear shifter issue.
If we can get a solution i can make a nice blog post here and show the rest of the team what i had to do for this problem to go away!
