E63 wagon owner here who may be transitioning to a 19-22' G 63. What do most of you consider to be must have options for those model years? Any input is appreciated

 

At minimum seat comfort package. Thats also included in the G manufaktur Interior Package/Plus or the Exclusive Interior Package Plus.
I think most people opt for the Plus packages with the extra leather.

I do think most people go with the 22" wheels, there are a few options to choose from.

I think a lot of people spec the carbon interior and the carbon wheel but neither is a must have and I've seen cars without either.
