To my question: I have a 2016 G63 with Weistec package of some sort. I'm not sure exactly what all it includes (I bought the car sight unseen and really didn't even know it had this package) but in case this helps answer the question, I believe it includes new turbochargers, new induction, new exhaust, and methanol injection.
Anyway, there's a green LED just below the tach that random goes on and off every few seconds. I cannot relate it to anything that's happening like RPM or speed or warm or cold.
