Looking for some feedback on this recall as I am in the market for a used G63. I've ran a search on here and on google with not much info other than what the recall is for. Almost everyone of the '22 i see available has the open recall, I believe it is the fuel pump. Those of you with a 22 has it been a problem and any idea when a fix is available? Should I avoid the MY 22?

 

This issue (attached) applies to many MB models beyond the G Wagon. It is a simple to validate whether the vehicle you are considering is included (the Kelly Bluebook site allows for this) in the recall and if so, whether the replacement has been performed. Even if not, performed yet, your MB dealer will carry out the update if you schedule a service.
