Hi All,

I’m new to this forum and I have never owned a Mercedes.
I have always loved the G-wagon and I’m considering buying a G63.

I intend to use the G63 just to drive around town and not as a daily commuter. It would be my second car.
The G63 just seems so impractical for that, but I just love how it looks 😀!

I’m considering a CPO 2018 with 38K miles on it for $87K.
This this a good price?

What advice can you give me on buying and potentially owning a G63?

Go for 2019+. You do not want an older one. Newer one much better. I have one I use as a dd. Absolutely love it. Will never drive anything else. I do have a sports car I drove as a dd but the G is a different animal. My work commute is about 20mi away. Use it for travel ball during the summer. So I put around 15k on it a year.
The power & sound is amazing & hard to not drive. Hope you find the right one for you.

Thanks.It had 21s on it & tire options were scare. I put 22s so I could put new AT tires on. More tire options as well. Idk why companies want to use the odd sizes. Tire options are limited.
