Windshield wiper arm adjustment?

Windshield wiper arm adjustment?
How do you adjust the wiper arms? Mine seem tilted up a little and not horizontal with line on windshield.

How did you solve the problem?
Is it possible to simply unscrew the nut that holds the arm and change the position of the arm?

2023 E 450 Sedan. 2018 GLC 300. 2013 E 350 Coupe (retired)
Wiper blade should rest at right angle to glass so it is free to rotate up and down with movement. Usually just a small adjustment, bend by hand, is required. Dealer has a gizmo to check and adjust angle.
