Voltage while running

Voltage while running
Hi
Have been having a weird battery drain which was traced to a component in the ceiling above the mirror that was replaced under warranty.
I think my battery may be shot, as while in the workshop menu no matter how long a drive I take my voltage is pegged at 14.7 V
I started checking this because during start stop the car would only be off for around half a minute before starting up again.
Would anyone be able to help check what their voltage is while running for me?
My amps drop down to 3/4A but voltage still stays high.
To access the workshop menu, with the car off push the ignition once with foot off the brake and then hold home button on the right side followed by the trackpad button next to it.
