Hey,

I'm trying to hardwire my escort max360 using the Escort Direct Wire on my '21 G63. I've grounded the wire, and are now attempting to find a fuse that I can piggy back off, using the add a fuse connector.
However, any of the fuse that I try, (I've tried rain sensor, Radio/Navigation fuse, Overhead Communications), they all seem to be live. The Escort turns on but then stays on when I shut the car off. I have even tried to lock the car and leave to make sure that it goes to sleep, however, when I come back after a while, the escort is still on.
I've matched the fuse amp to the existing fuse that I piggy back off, i.e 5 AMP to 5 AMP, 7.5 to 7.5 etc.
(I'm working off the fuse box on the front passenger side)
I'm not sure what to try next, so if anyone have any thoughts or suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.
