Probably real, cleaned up, clear coated and put up for sale. I got one wheel from the third party market...it was cleared. It is ALWAYS my cleanest wheel.
Can anyone tell if these are real or fake? I have a feeling the markings are too clear compared to real ones which have more "dull" looking markings?
I went back and checked the wheels that came on my car and it looks like these are most likely replicas - as you had mentioned, the real inscriptions are smooth without those dots
