Is Prepaid maintenance worth to buy with the car?
Sales told me it's cheaper to buy the prepaid maintenance now than pay at the service. is this true?

Yes it is less expensive now assuming prices go up over time and some of the services will be two or three years down the road. No it is more expensive then taking the car to an independent mercedes mechanic or changing the oil yourself.You can negotiate the prepaid fee of course.
I just paid 450 for three year oil change and 'inspection'. This was my contribution to the local dealer good will fund, to be done only under original warranty. Next year includes some filters and brake fluid. I have an indy garage picked out for less of a rip off.
Annual service ranges from 500 to 1500 not including brakes, tires. After a few years you get to replace spark plugs, several hundred, and then fluids, over 1K for the tranny, all of which are good profit centers for the dealer.
