Con-Fu

Hi, my names Albert and this is my first post on this forum so I hope I have the right section. As the title says I have a 190E 2.3-16v that idles rough. I've sent it to my friend whose a mechanic working only on German cars, but he can't figure out whats wrong. He did find and repair a malfunctioning injector and says the engine has good compression but he believes theres something wrong with the Bosch fuel injection system. He says he doesn't know where to find equipment to adjust the fuel injection system as the car is quite old.

I'm calling out here to see if anyone knows of anyone in the New England area who has expertise with late 80's Mercedes. Any help anyone can provide would be most appreciative.
