1965 220 SE Fuel Injection problem

Hi . My 1965 SE 220 W111 faintly starts . And when it does , it will shut off immediately . AT in Park . Impeller Rear pump is active and pushing the gas to the engine pump .
I noticed the mechanical injection engine pump had too much oil . So I'm trying to drain it to the correct dip stick level . Tried a suction gun to pull some oil out . Not much
luck . Curious what to do next . Should I check the out put from the engine fuel injection pump ? Had this this problem once before . I added oil to the mechanical injection pump
and the car ran . I put too much oil in then . Curious if I may have blown a seal in the injection pump itself . Thank You !
