I have a 1993 300CE Cabriolet that I "think" was delivered to Canada before coming to the US. The outside temperature indicator and the temperature selector are both celsius rather than fahrenheit. Is there any indication on the vehicle or other source to determine it's original destination?

Now that I have our Canadian friends' attention: The data card for my car says its "Order Location" is CANADA. I can not find any evidence that it was actually delivered to Canada or the US. The only records I have found indicate US ownership. The outside temperature readout is in celsius as is the temperature select dial. The speedometer & odometer are in miles not kilometers. This inconsistency seems odd to me so I would appreciate hearing from Canadian members. I live in the US (San Francisco).
